Fruityworx Platforms Inc.

We were the operator
on the wrong end of the stack.

Before fruityworx, our team spent years inside SaaS, services and ecommerce. We saw the same gaps repeat — the tabs, the stitched stack, the Friday-night reconciliation, the "sorry, that lives in another tool." So we pressed the whole harvest into one basket.

The story

Every pain point.
One platform.

Years working inside SaaS, services and ecommerce. We saw the same gaps repeat: a CRM that didn't talk to billing. A scheduler that couldn't take a payment. An inbox where half the leads went to die. Every gap was a Monday-morning fire.

We knew the workarounds by heart. So we took the parts that actually pay rent and pressed them into a single platform — CRM, funnels, calendar, payments, AI, the lot. One bill, one login, one source of truth.

“We didn't want to build another SaaS shelf. We wanted to retire the shelf entirely. The whole harvest, one basket — that's the work.”

What we believe

A small list of strong opinions.

  • No duct tape. The platform is the platform. Integrations exist to talk to other people, not to paper over the gaps in our own.
  • Operators first. Every screen has to survive an actual Monday at an actual agency. Pretty demos don't count.
  • Trust is a feature. No model training on customer data. Region pinning. One-click export from day one.
  • Open by default. If we ship a button, we ship the endpoint behind it.

Our values

How we work.

Always Day 1

Pick the low-hanging fruit. Ship it on Tuesday. The platform that worked last year isn't the one that'll work next year.

Make it simple

A feature we don't ship is one we don't have to teach, document, debug or charge for. Squeeze the orchard. Bottle only what's ripe.

Bias for shipping

A smaller thing on Tuesday beats a perfect thing in Q3. We learn from users, not internal debate.

Build for the operator

Every screen has to survive an actual Monday at an actual agency. Pretty demos don't count.

Open by default

Every feature has an API. If we ship a button, we ship the endpoint behind it. Nothing roped off.

Trust by design

No model training on customer data. SOC 2 Type II, region pinning, one-click export from day one.
