what we don't, and
what we never will.

The 30-second version

Six plain answers.

Yes

We collect what we need to run fruityworx.

Account info, the data you put into the platform, and basic usage telemetry. Nothing else.

Never

We never train shared models on your data.

Your contacts, conversations and workflows are yours. Not training data. Ever.

Yours

You can export everything, anytime.

One click. JSON or CSV. Delete your account and the data leaves with you.

Limited

We sell nothing to advertisers.

No ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no data brokers. There is no second customer.

Pinned

EU and US storage, your choice.

Pick Frankfurt or Virginia at signup. Enterprise plans can pin to a specific region.

Audited

SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA.

Annual third-party audits. Report summaries available on request under NDA.

Section 01

What we collect.

We collect the minimum we need to run fruityworx, keep it secure, and improve it. Here is the full list, grouped by what it is and why we need it.

Account & billing data

Name, work email, company, role, and — if you pay us — billing details handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. We use this to create your account, send you receipts, and reach you about the service.

Customer data (the data you put in)

Contacts, deals, conversations, files, automations, sites and any custom fields you create. This data belongs to you — we are custodians, not owners. It is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we can only access it for support cases you explicitly open.

Product telemetry

Which features you use, error logs, performance data and the device and browser you are on. We use this to fix bugs, prioritise roadmap, and keep the platform fast. You can opt out of non-essential telemetry in Settings → Privacy.

Cookies and similar

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure traffic to the marketing site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The full list lives in our cookie section below.

Section 02

How we use it.

Only for the things you would expect. We have a short list and we stick to it. If we ever need to use data for something new, we ask first.

To deliver the service

Authenticate you, store your data, send emails and SMS you send through us, take payments.

To keep it secure

Detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, and notify you if something is off.

To make it better

Find slow screens, fix broken flows, and prioritise the features you actually use.

To talk to you about the service

Service announcements, security alerts, billing. No marketing spam, no selling your email.

Section 03

Cookies & third parties.

We use a small set of first-party cookies for sign-in and preferences, and a small number of vetted processors for the things fruityworx itself is built on. None of them sell your data and none of them advertise to you.

If you connect your own integrations (Meta, Google, etc.), the data those services handle is governed by their terms, not this one. We only ever pass what is needed to make the integration work.

Section 04

Retention & your rights.

How long we keep data

  • Active account data: kept while your account is open.
  • After cancellation: 30 days in a recoverable state, then permanently deleted within 90 days.
  • Backups: encrypted, retained for 35 days, then rotated out.
  • Billing records: 7 years (tax law).

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

  • Access: export everything as JSON or CSV from Settings.
  • Rectification: edit any field any time, or ask us to.
  • Erasure: delete your account, and it is gone.
  • Portability: take your data to another platform.
  • Objection: opt out of non-essential telemetry and marketing.

Email privacy@fruityworx.io — we reply within 5 business days.

Section 05

Changes to this policy.

When we make a material change, we email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. The previous version is always available at /privacy/history.

Section 06

Questions, complaints, DPO.

Our Data Protection Officer is reachable at dpo@fruityworx.io or by post at 59 Atis St., Aurora Subd., Angono, Rizal 1930, Philippines. If we cannot resolve a concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
