White-label

Your logo on the login.
Your name on every screen.

Every workspace on fruityworx can run under your brand. Your logo, your colors, your domain, your login screen. White-label is built in — on every paid plan, no add-on, no upcharge.

What's white-labeled

Every surface, painted your way.

Logo, palette, domain, login screen, transactional email, mobile apps, support widget. If a customer sees it, it's yours to paint.

Your domain

Point your own domain at any workspace. SSL is managed for you. Your customers log in at your URL — not at ours.

Your login screen

Your logo, your colors, your background image. The browser tab reads your name. The footer reads your name. Even the password reset email is from your address.

Your emails

Transactional email — invoices, booking confirmations, drip sequences, AI agent replies — sends from your domain with your branding on every line.

Your mobile apps

Ship iOS and Android apps under your own bundle ID and store listing. Customers download your app, not ours.

Your support widget

The in-app help widget is yours — your name, your color, your inbox behind it. Customers never see fruityworx on the support thread.

Your invoice

Per-workspace billing lands in your customer's inbox with your logo, your address, your tax IDs, and your payment terms. They pay you — not us.

How it looks

Your brand, every screen, every workspace.

The login screen is the first thing a customer sees. It's the first thing you paint. Logo, palette, background, copy, even the password-reset email — all yours.

Your domain points here.

login.your-agency.co is the URL your customers bookmark. SSL is managed.

Your logo, palette, copy.

Everything the customer sees, from background image to button shape, is yours to set per workspace.

Emails come from your address.

Transactional, marketing, AI replies — all sent from a domain you control, with your branding on every line.

Invoices are yours.

Your logo, your tax IDs, your payment terms. The customer pays you — not us.

No fruityworx anywhere.

The word fruityworx never appears on the surface unless you opt in to a "powered by" line.

Who paints their own login

Three common shapes.

White-label is one feature with one setting: the brand on your login screen. It works the same whether you run one workspace, a hundred, or a hundred brands.

01

One workspace, your brand

You sign up and turn on your logo, your colors, your domain. Your team logs in at your URL. The product feels like yours from day one — because every screen is.

  • Custom domain with managed SSL
  • Your logo, palette, and copy
  • Transactional emails from your address

02

Many workspaces, one brand

You run a workspace for your team and one for every customer. The customer workspace is theirs to use, your brand to look at. You manage all of them from yours.

  • Per-workspace brand surface
  • Per-workspace billing, on your terms
  • Cross-workspace reporting at your level

03

Many brands, one account

You run more than one business. A workspace per brand, per market, per region. Same team, same playbook — different brand on every login screen.

  • Per-brand logo, palette, voice
  • Region-pinned data and currency
  • Shared automations, isolated data

What it costs

Built in. Not bolted on.

White-label is on every paid plan. No separate license, no usage cap, no "powered by" tax. Just paint.

$0

to turn on white-label. Domain, logo, palette, login screen, transactional emails — all included from the first paid plan.

1

click to point your domain. DNS records are generated for you. SSL is provisioned automatically.

100%

of the surface. Logo, palette, typography, illustrations, copy, email templates, mobile bundle IDs, store listings.

0

places the word fruityworx appears by default. Add a "powered by" line if you want — skip it if you don't.

FAQ

Six answers, plain English.

Can I run fruityworx under my own brand? +

Yes. Every paid plan includes white-label. Your logo, your colors, your domain, your name on the login screen, the customer portal, transactional emails, and the in-app support widget. The word fruityworx never appears unless you want it to.

Do I need a separate plan to white-label? +

No. White-label is included on every paid plan. Growth covers most teams; Scale adds unlimited workspaces, custom domains, mobile bundle IDs, and the deepest brand surface.

What is a workspace? +

A workspace is the unit you sign up for. One workspace for your team, or one per customer. Each workspace gets its own login, its own data, its own URL, and its own selection of apps. You might turn on CRM + funnels for one customer, and CRM + HRIS + inventory for another — same account, different workspaces.

What is an app? +

An app is a feature module — CRM, HRIS, inventory, funnels, automations, marketing, payments, courses, sites, reputation, and more. You turn on the apps each workspace needs and turn off the ones it doesn't. A workspace only ever sees the apps you turned on for it.

Is each workspace's data really isolated? +

Yes. Every workspace is fully isolated — its own data partition, its own user directory, its own API keys, and its own audit log. Users in one workspace cannot see or reach any other workspace, and neither can their operators.

What if a workspace needs an app we don't have? +

Open a request. New apps land every month and customer requests move up the queue. If the app already exists but is gated to a higher plan, you can enable it per-workspace from your workspace settings.
